Test-jar resolution in skip-tests mode (#48, fixes #47)

When maven.test.skip=true is set on a skipped module, test-compile is also suppressed — so the module's test-jar artifact is never produced. Any downstream module that still compiles tests and consumes that test-jar in-reactor then fails dependency resolution.

Fix: a new fixpoint pass (softenTestJarProducers) runs after the skip partition. For skip candidates whose test-jar is consumed by a module that will compile tests, the property is softened from maven.test.skip=true to skipTests=true — test-compile and test-jar packaging still happen, only Surefire/Failsafe execution is skipped. The pass iterates to a fixpoint to handle chained test-jar producers.

Document includePaths and correct GIB comparison (#49)

Added the scalpel.includePaths property (introduced in 0.3.8) to the configuration table and Path Filtering section. Also corrected the GIB comparison table: Scalpel does have a module-level include filter (includePaths), though not a file-level one like GIB's includePathsMatching.
