Replace the private "GOTM" workspace label with public-safe phrasing across the README, contributing, governance, roadmap, and calibration-evidence documents so the public repository no longer exposes an internal workspace name. Maintainer workflow, the promotion relationship, and the calibration corpus description keep their exact meaning; generic "fleet" wording is retained where it is not the private label.
