Support bun dedupe

Clear and concise description of the problem

bun dedupe has been implemented.

oven-sh/bun#38333

In the Multiple Versions page of the report, we show the user an alert with a command to dedupe their dependencies.

We previously hid this alert for bun, since it was previously not supported.

We could now show this message.
