fix(ci): pass --name to the release smoke test

Summary

• The release smoke test still ran OPENCODE_PTY_RUNTIME_DIR=... opencode-pty play, which fix(pty): keep registration out of purged temp directories #20 replaced with --runtime-dir DIR --name NAME. Every platform build of v0.2.0 failed with --name is required, so nothing was published.
• Run play --runtime-dir "$runtime" --name smoke and assert the runtime directory "$runtime/smoke" is removed on exit.

Validation

• Ran the updated smoke commands locally against a 0.2.0 build: output contains release-smoke and checkpoint, and the runtime directory is gone afterwards.

Rollout

After merge, move the v0.2.0 tag to the new merge commit to rerun the release; nothing from the failed run was published.
