UNSAFEty dance

This release updates raj to 0.0.11 and removes the componentWillReceiveProps method and replaces it with a shorter binding that adheres closer to the current React best practices.

Unmountain

When the component is unmounted the runtime is now killed. This was made possible by recent changes in Raj core (v0.0.9).
