Use Citadel-style Telegram messages with bold source and type/device/time headers, preserving notification titles, HTML escaping and full text across message parts. Both language guides now link to a shared JavaScript file.
Validation: five formatter tests and existing DevServer smoke tests passed via
bundle exec fastlane android server_tests. Formatter tests also run in the required dev-server CI job.
