Prepare MegaProxy 0.1.0 with the next monotonically increasing version-code base, 13 (universal APK: 13000; ABI variants: 13001–13004). Add English and Russian store changelogs covering HTTPS jump proxies, UI improvements, connection robustness, and privacy updates.
Validation: diff whitespace checks and store changelog length checks passed. Required Android checks run in PR CI. After merge, publish v0.1.0 through the dedicated release workflow and update the F-Droid submission against the verified release.
