…arators toggle The band switch removed the header/content divider entirely. Bring it back as a continuous 1px line under the band, but make it part of the 'separators' view setting: shown when separators are on, hidden when off. When separators are on, draw a continuous 1px line between the weekday band and the calendar content (it had been removed with the band switch). Hidden when separators are off; the band stays. Verified both states. CSS-only, 70 tests green.
