IRC bot is a bot that stays with you on the channel, and waits for bots to connect.
This is not just a bot, this has report tags and more functions than any IRC helper bot.

What does it do?

It waits for report tags and response to them.

Report Tags

These tags hold some functions that the IRC bot does, hence, #TOR_FILES.
Judging by tag you can tell what tag report is. If not, it's a tag that any bot sends over IRC reporting missing files or connection error. The IRC bot automatically responses to it and sends a command to the reporter bot.
Report tags are so many, currently not, so here's a list of all of them:

  1. #TOR_FILES: This report tag means that the tor files either missing a file or not working probably. Therefor, the IRC bot sends new links.
