fix: correct Trove classifiers and development status - #24

OVH-01 (handoff 2026-10-11 §6, P0): replace the six malformed "Programming Language :: Python :: 3 :: N" classifiers with the valid ":: 3.N" forms and raise Development Status from "1 - Planning" to "4 - Beta". Metadata only; no runtime changes. Gates: pip wheel with and without build isolation, twine check, pytest (129 passed) - all green.

Implements py7zip overhaul handoff OVH-01 on top of current main. Corrects the Python version trove classifiers (3.9–3.14) and reports the safe runtime as Beta. Metadata-only; no runtime behavior changed.\n\nValidation reported by the worker on verified NVMe: both wheel builds (with and without build isolation), Twine check, full pytest suite, and git diff --check passed. Twine was installed in a task-scoped venv because it was absent from the ambient Python environment.\n\nDraft pending independent CI / maintainer review; no release or deployment.
