Fix the 0.2.1 release builds (WASI link, FreeBSD) - #5

napi 3.12+ and napi-build 2.4+ export emnapi_create_env, which only exists in emnapi v2. With emnapi 1.11 the wasm32-wasip1-threads release build failed to link. Restore the napi crate versions used by 0.2.0 and cap them in Cargo.toml. Verified locally: wasm build plus scripts/test-wasi.cjs on Node 24, native build, bun test, cargo test and clippy.
The release job installed Bun with the Linux installer, and the binary failed with 'Exec format error' on FreeBSD. Go back to node and npm for this one job.

The v0.2.1 release run failed in two build jobs, so nothing was published:
rust-lld: symbol exported via --export not found: emnapi_create_env. The dependency update moved the napi crates to 3.14 / napi-build 2.6, which target emnapi v2; only emnapi 1.11 is released. This PR restores the napi crate versions used by 0.2.0 and caps them in Cargo.toml.bun: Exec format error. Bun has no FreeBSD build, so that job goes back to node/npm.A manual Release run on this branch (no publish on non-tag refs) passed all builds and tests: https://github.com/alexstep/doc-extract/actions/runs/39596675407
After merge, v0.2.1 (never published to npm) is re-tagged on the fixed commit.
