Remove ColorScheme debounce, CursorHold cmdline guards, and snacks auto_close now that kitty protocol flags=1 fixes double keypress at the source. Slim term.lua scheduling to init + VimEnter retries. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
