Uses the new Post Collection app slot to show collection-specific e-reader download URLs from Send to E-Reader. The links are tucked behind a details disclosure, include list and unread URL examples using the configured download URL parameter, point quietly to the URL settings screen for edits, and load their CSS from this plugin.
