fix(resume): log missing Blob token and return 503 on upload - #36

Return 503 (not 500) when BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN is absent and log the missing token plus any token-generation error to Vercel Runtime Logs so a misconfigured environment is diagnosable instead of a silent 500. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
