Root cause of the Space's 'Unsupported file format or invalid file' when
loading a France THT study: the network.xiidm files were serialised at
IIDM schema 1.16 (a pypowsybl 1.15+ default), but the app pins
pypowsybl>=1.13,<1.15 and pypowsybl 1.14 cannot read IIDM 1.16. Verified
against a real pypowsybl 1.14: the 1.16 file fails with exactly that error,
a 1.14-exported file loads.
Re-export all four grids at IIDM 1.14 (parameters={'iidm.export.xml.version':
'1.14'}) and regenerate the .gz.b64 transports. Network content is unchanged
(same ids, same topology) — only the serialisation schema is older. Add a
guard test asserting the shipped transports are IIDM <= 1.14 so a future
regeneration by a newer pypowsybl can't silently re-break the Space.
