Codex P2 on PR #788: archive entry incorrectly referenced `3586948` (the squash SHA produced by merging PR #787 during this run) as the pre-flight develop HEAD. The actual pre-flight baseline was `1052fc8a` (post PR #786 squash). Corrected in both pre-flight and assessment lines. decisions.jsonl was already correct.
