🎨 Palette: Highlight personal best achievements and prevent ANSI color leakage

💡 What:

  • Added explicit ANSI reset sequence (CLR_RESET) after mode indicators in the live HUD.
  • Formatted the 'NEW BEST! ✨🥳' live HUD banner and the game-over congratulations message using CLR_CTRL (Bold Yellow) and celebratory emojis.

🎯 Why:

  • Prevents mode ANSI color styles from leaking into remaining terminal output lines during in-place redraws.
  • Gives personal best milestone achievements clear visual prominence and celebratory delight for the user.
