🎨 Palette: Enhance HUD milestone visual polish and start prompt exit cleanly

💡 What:

  1. Styled the '✨ NEW BEST! 🥳' milestone indicator with bold yellow (CLR_CTRL) and added a sparkle emoji ().
  2. Appended CLR_RESET at the end of the HUD output line to prevent active ANSI colors from bleeding into subsequent terminal outputs.
  3. Added a clean newline (\n) when quitting the game from the initial 'Press any key to start...' prompt so the user's terminal prompt aligns cleanly on exit.

🎯 Why:

  • Gives clear, celebratory visual feedback when breaking personal best high scores.
  • Prevents active mode color styles from leaking across terminal re-renders.
  • Ensures a polished and clean terminal exit experience.

…cleanly

- Highlight '✨ NEW BEST! 🥳' achievement milestone in bold yellow (CLR_CTRL)
- Reset ANSI terminal formatting at the end of the HUD string to prevent style leakage
- Add newline when quitting from initial prompt to avoid shell prompt misalignment
