🎨 Palette: Highlight 'NEW BEST!' achievement in terminal UI

💡 What:

  • Added CLR_CTRL (bold yellow styling) and a sparkle emoji () to the NEW BEST! high score notification.
  • Added explicit CLR_RESET escape sequences after the game mode indicator ([HARD MODE] / [NORMAL MODE]) and the achievement message.

🎯 Why:

  • Enhances visual hierarchy and celebratory feedback when players achieve a personal best.
  • Fixes ANSI escape code style leakage across in-place terminal redraws (\r).

♿ Accessibility & Visual Polish:

  • High-contrast bold yellow text highlights the milestone accomplishment instantly.
  • Proper ANSI reset guarantees consistent rendering regardless of terminal type or state changes.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 4035630750012900478 started by @aidasofialily-cmd

- Add CLR_CTRL bold yellow styling and sparkles to NEW BEST! notification
- Add explicit CLR_RESET after mode indicators and high score achievement message to prevent style leakage
