What

Adds/updates .github/dependabot.yml to enable Dependabot version updates for: cargo (/native/aa-ffi-node) for the napi-rs native binding, retaining existing npm + github-actions.

Why

Part of Epic AAASM-2465 — standardize Dependabot dependency coverage across the ai-agent-assembly org so every sub-project gets automated dependency-update PRs.

How to verify

• The repo's Insights → Dependency graph → Dependabot tab parses the config with no errors.
• Dependabot opens version-update PRs for the listed ecosystems on the daily schedule.
