Main and Zoom camera won't work(iPhone)

For some reason the Main camera and Zoom camera show frozen, or messed up frames.
The only camera I can use is the Ultra Wide, which requires you to get almost too close for the that camera to focus.

This is still an issue. Running iPhone 14 Pro Max on iOS 17.3.
