Review complete. This PR only updates the expose Helm chart default from 0.1.4 to 0.1.5, matching the linked expose v0.1.5 release. I found no code issues.
Note: terraform -chdir=stacks/platform fmt -check -diff passes. terraform validate could not be run without first installing the stack modules.
