Reviewed the single Terraform variable bump. Confirmed the v0.3.0 tracing-app release exists, the matching chart and image tags are published in GHCR, and terraform fmt passes for stacks/platform. No changes requested.

Re-reviewed after the force-push/rebase onto main. The diff remains limited to bumping tracing_app_chart_version from the current main default 0.2.9 to 0.3.0. Confirmed the v0.3.0 tracing-app release and matching GHCR chart/image tags are published, and terraform fmt still passes for stacks/platform. No changes requested.
