Adds an emem MCP example page matching the existing pattern for other hosted, public, no-API-key MCP servers (e.g. bgpt). Registers it in docs.json navigation and the MCP examples overview index. Source matches the runnable script merged in agno-agi/agno cookbook/91_tools/mcp/emem.py.
