docs: rebuild the landing page around the chain

The landing page did not say where the suite sits in the AgenTrust chain, or that quote verification happens outside it. It now follows the template the other docs sites share.

New at the top

• A chain label, "04 · Evidence: can a third party verify all of it offline, years later?", linking agentrust-io.com/#chain.
• H1 "Score a TRACE record against the specification", a one-sentence lead, and buttons for Getting Started and Limitations.
• A two-sentence TL;DR: agentrust-trace-tests 0.5.1 (Apache-2.0) runs eight modules and writes a reproducible report; a pass describes the record and not the agent, and TR-RTE checks attestation field shape without verifying a quote.
• Four cards: Run it, What it proves and what it does not, Hardware evidence (agentrust-io.com/verify and the TR-RTE module page), and The chain.

Three of the old TL;DR bullets become a list under the report command, and the fourth ("The report is not evidence") moves into the What it proves card. The former Understand the levels, Read the modules and Wire it into CI cards become a "Where to go next" list. The obligation_accounting paragraph, the module table and the install snippet are unchanged.

Checked: test_docs_match_the_modules and test_hosted_homepage_explains_the_bounded_accounting_surface pass (7 of 7) against the new page; no broken relative links or anchors, and every root file the page links is in the deploy's copy list; a build run with the deploy workflow's own assemble and config steps exits 0 with no warnings and renders the card grid, the TL;DR and both chain links.
