docs: say TRACE has an AAIF Sandbox proposal open - #66

TRACE was proposed to the Agentic AI Foundation at the Sandbox stage in aaif/project-proposals#42, opened 14 September 2026. The site described TRACE only as a Series of LF Projects. The homepage chain card, the homepage open-source section, the Linux Foundation card on /community/ and llms.txt now mention the open proposal. The LF series wording is unchanged.
