Add The Core faction crest release

What changed

• preserves Ael's supplied 1024×1024 transparent The Core faction crest byte-for-byte
• adds safe-padded 1024, 512, and 256px release attachments for UI filtering and mobile use
• adds a complete 15-file crest kit with 128/64px PNGs, lossless WebP variants, alpha mask, previews, manifest, and nested checksums
• adds a two-image Git-tracked gallery, release/source manifests, provenance, package notice, README catalogue entry, and license-ledger entry

Why

The Core needs a canonical, checksum-addressed faction identity asset. The supplied master has only about three pixels of clearance at its rightmost point, so runtime derivatives introduce transparent safety padding without repainting or changing the design.

Public provenance records Ael's stated broad TechnoCore/Hyperion conceptual inspiration. No outside reference imagery, logos, text, or branding are included in the release.
