Restore browser session when reopening browser window after it was closed by the "Close All Windows" action

Enhancement request suggested by a forum user:

"Close all windows" should act exactly like Ctrl+Shift+Q.
When I press the Panic Button, it closes all windows but when I start back up it doesn't restore them. But when I use the Exit (Ctrl+Shift+Q) function in the Firefox menu it restores all open windows.

This enhancement request is not feasible to implement at this time. The sessions WebExtension API[1] allow for restoring browser sessions, not saving them.
