…ort (#6102) * feat(sidekick): add Annotations plugin via self-contained dynamic import Adds a new Annotations button to the sidekick Tools menu that loads the milo-core-prod page-commenter. The listener uses dynamic import() rather than appending a <script> to document.head, keeping the loader fully self-contained. Plugin is restricted to content pages only (excludes tools, JSON, docx, xlsx, and :x spreadsheet paths).
