test: add GetEnvironment tests

🎯 What: Adds unit tests for the GetEnvironment function in internal/config/config.go, filling a testing gap for this component.

📊 Coverage: The tests now cover:

• Happy paths (remote and local environments).
• Edge cases (unknown and empty strings falling back to local).
• Assertion of expected standard log warnings when falling back.
• Environment properties consistency check.

✨ Result: Increased test coverage for internal/config and improved reliability. Tests pass completely with no side effects and proper logging isolation.
