This is green now with the fixes from Blinka 8.60.3 🎉 And it appears that the latex build succeeded so presumably the weblate badge is no longer under the same anti-automatic traffic restrictions. |

hoping that weblate eased up the anti automated traffic measures on the translated badge svg file, and that reverting this change will resolve #10361
