- As per https://docs.github.com/en/actions/reference/security/secure-use#using-third-party-actions "Pin actions to a full-length commit SHA"
- Replace workaround for check-spelling from ci: pin check-spelling to fix "Unsafe Permissions" #929 with a new version (False-positive "Unsafe Permissions" (exit 5) on fork PRs - GitHub API now returns 422 instead of 403 check-spelling/check-spelling#103 (comment)).
