based on kickstart.nvim, indiperd by the primeagen

• golangci-lint - required by golangci-lint-langserver (Mason). Install with: go install github.com/golangci/golangci-lint/v2/cmd/golangci-lint@latest
• for rust do not use the mason rust-analyzer
