Closes #181

Summary

Land docs/submission/serverpod.md on main (it previously existed only in PR #157): the rules confirmed on the official source with the date checked, a required-items checklist with evidence links, a judging-criteria → evidence map, and the < 2 min video script.

Live state verified 2026-10-14: server 1.0.0+8e6f98a-dirty; /agent/list serves the catalog; /walletAuth/createChallenge → 400 and /hire/createHire → 401 (deployed, not 404); public app the 2bb61a4 build in server mode. Studio deploy and rating are labelled demos; only agt-006/agt-007 have manifests.

Acceptance criteria

• The file exists on main (this PR)
• The rules cite the official source and the date they were verified
• Every required item has a status and a link a judge can open
• Every judging criterion points to concrete evidence, not a claim
• Anything that is a demo is labelled as a demo (Studio deploy, rating)
• The live state is the real one: server 8e6f98a-dirty, public app on the 2bb61a4 build in server mode

The package is the right shape, and the live checks (8e6f98a-dirty, challenge 400, hire 401, public app on 2bb61a4) match what is deployed. Two claims do not match main today, so I am not approving yet.

1. docs/adr/ has seven files, 0001 through 0006, including two 0002 files. "Five ADRs" is low.
2. "no feedback endpoint" and "rating is UI-only" understate the repo. puls3_server/lib/src/feedback is on main. The public UI still shows the empty rating, and the live server may not serve that endpoint until the next deploy. Please say that.
3. "Only agt-006 and agt-007 have manifests" points at demo_manifests.dart. #180 adds the other six in the repo. On the deployed server they are still missing until scloud deploy. Please tie that sentence to the deployed server.

The build-and-run link is the README section in #185.

All three points fixed in 755eb22, plus the Blockaid note:

1. ADR count — §3 now reads "Six ADRs (0001–0006) plus the chore: review Identity Registry for Stellar 8004 drop-in gaps #74 drop-in review" (7 files in docs/adr/).
2. Rating/feedback — §3 now says the feedback endpoint (puls3_server/lib/src/feedback) and the Reputation Registry (feat: Reputation Registry contract #14) are implemented in the repo (feat: feedback endpoint and reputation in catalog #21), the public UI still shows the empty rating, and the deployed server may not serve the endpoint until the next deploy.
3. Manifests — §3 now says all eight agents have manifests in the repo (feat(server): manifest v1 for the six demo agents that had none (#20) #180); the deployed server still has only agt-006/agt-007 until the next scloud deploy (scene 4 is tied to the deployed server too).
4. Blockaid — added the wallet-warning note to §2 (Testing access) and a one-line acknowledgement in video scene 3.

The README live-demo note is a separate small change (README is on main via #185), so I'll open a tiny follow-up PR for it rather than mix it into this one. Re-review?

The three points from the earlier review are addressed: the ADR count is now six (0001-0006), the feedback caveat says the public UI is still empty and the deployed server may not serve it yet, and the manifest sentence is tied to the deployed server (only agt-006/agt-007 until the next scloud deploy). CI green.

The earlier notes (six ADRs, the feedback caveat, the manifest sentence) are in the file. I am not approving a merge onto current main.

main has moved since 4c80e074 (b65c62e #188, d08b4e7 #186, 368430b #175). Branch protection requires the head to be up to date before gate and scan count, and this branch is BEHIND, so the green checks on 4c80e074 do not satisfy merge.

Re-checked the live state just now. Several sentences in docs/submission/serverpod.md no longer match it:

1. POST /health/check returns 1.0.0+d52970e, not 1.0.0+8e6f98a-dirty. d52970e is feat(flutter): turn Studio on in the Pages build.
2. The public bundle at https://puls3-4lw.pages.dev/main.dart.js contains Save the draft before deploying, which exists only in ServerDeployGateway and is kept by the compile-time STUDIO=server define. Section 3 and section 5 still say Studio deploy is FakeDeployGateway and a labelled demo (#18/#35). POST /studio/listDrafts is deployed (HTTP 401); a missing endpoint returns Endpoint not found.
3. POST /feedback/submitFeedback is HTTP 401 (requireLogin), not missing. Please keep the public-UI rating: 0.0 caveat and drop may not serve the feedback endpoint until the next deploy.
4. d52970e already has manifests for agt-001 through agt-008 in puls3_server/lib/src/runtime/demo_manifests.dart. The only agt-006 and agt-007 until the next scloud deploy sentence is stale. Whether the runtime is enabled is still configuration, and that part can stay.

Please refresh the live-state sentences, then update the branch so gate and scan run on the new head.

Updated onto main (368430b) and refreshed the live-state sentences in docs/submission/serverpod.md against checks from 2026-10-17:

• health/check is 1.0.0+d52970e (deployed server; not current main).
• The public bundle includes the 368430b landing page and Save the draft before deploying (STUDIO=server / ServerDeployGateway). POST /studio/listDrafts is deployed. studio-1 and studio-3 are in the live catalog.
• POST /feedback/submitFeedback is deployed. The catalog serves reputation scores (Ledger Scout 4.17; 4.0 is the prior). The app still has no post-hire rating screen.
• d52970e has manifests for agt-001 through agt-008.

gate and scan need to finish on 8534ebd before this can merge.
