QryGo is designed with security, performance, and simplicity at its core.
- Step 1 - Shop Registration: The print shop owner creates a QryGo account, adds shop details, printing services, pricing, contact information, and location. After verification, a unique QR code is generated for the shop.
- Step 2 - Customer Upload: The customer scans the shop's QR code or searches for the shop on QryGo. A temporary session with a unique Ticket ID is created automatically.
- Step 3 - Document Upload: The customer uploads one or more documents directly through the browser. Upload progress is displayed in real time.
- Step 4 - Ticket Generation: After a successful upload, QryGo generates a unique Ticket ID. The customer uses this Ticket ID when visiting the print counter.
- Step 5 - Shop Dashboard: The uploaded documents instantly appear in the shop owner's dashboard. The owner can search using the Ticket ID and download all files.
- Step 6 - Printing: The shop owner prints the uploaded documents and hands them to the customer.
- Step 7 - Automatic Cleanup: Once the documents are printed, the files can be removed manually or they are automatically deleted after one hour to protect customer privacy and keep the system clean.
