🎯 What: The overly long _restore_from_json function in app/services/backup_service.py was refactored into smaller helper methods (_analyze_backup_format and _restore_collections_data).
💡 Why: By extracting parsing logic and collection restore loops, the original function is much shorter and more readable. Maintainability is significantly improved.
Verification: Verified syntax correctness using py_compile, and tested the unit/services domain using pytest and mongomock.
Result: A cleaner and easier-to-read BackupService class that preserves all backup format and JSON restoration functionality.
