Spring Boot 3.2.x is out of open-source support. Move to the latest 3.x release and bump the libraries that must follow it: - org.springframework.boot plugin 3.2.5 -> 3.5.16 - io.spring.dependency-management 1.1.4 -> 1.1.7 - springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-ui 2.6.0 -> 2.8.17 (2.6 targets Boot 3.3) Replace @MockBean (deprecated for removal since Boot 3.4) with Spring Framework's @MockitoBean in the controller tests.

ideally we should migrate from minority to major versions, so I think this one could be the first step to the major version. |

Thanks @dricazenck, makes sense — 3.5.x first so all deprecations are cleaned up, then 4.x as a separate step. I've marked this ready for review. Happy to pick up the 4.x migration as a follow-up once this lands. |

Description
Upgrades Spring Boot from 3.2.5 (out of OSS support) to 3.5.16, the latest 3.x release, and bumps what has to follow it:
org.springframework.bootplugin 3.2.5 → 3.5.16io.spring.dependency-management1.1.4 → 1.1.7springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-ui2.6.0 → 2.8.17 (2.6 targets Boot 3.3)@MockBean→@MockitoBean(@MockBeanis deprecated for removal since Boot 3.4). This removes ~100[removal]warnings.No production code changes were needed.
Draft until the target is confirmed: 3.5.x keeps this a small, safe upgrade. Moving to Spring Boot 4.x would be a bigger change (renamed starters like
starter-web→starter-webmvc, Jackson 3 vs. the pinnedjackson-datatype-jsr310:2.19.2, springdoc 3.x, probably a newer Gradle than 8.7). Happy to do that instead if that's the goal.Related Issue
