Release AxeBC2 0.1.13-dev with aligned app image

Release AxeBC2 0.1.13-dev with matching application and package versions. Both DEV and MAIN use the exact same tested application digest, promoted without rebuilding. DEV retains the small BETA badge; the general release warning is removed. MAIN retains its MAIN channel identity.

Includes the Umbrel recipe correction so a standard Umbrel host no longer needs /etc/5tratumos/build.json. Native 5tratumOS checks, Core 31 and CKPool pins, payout settings and persistent data paths are retained.

Validation:

• All 50 application tests, 33 DEV package tests and 40 MAIN package tests passed.
• Candidate build 34026543911 passed amd64/arm64 image, version, provenance/SBOM and anonymous access checks.
• Both DEV and MAIN runtime modes were checked on 10.10.10.235 with isolated application data: correct 0.1.13 versions, HTTP 200 and synchronized Core 31 node API.
• Both store packages passed the native 5tratumOS installer in isolated roots with the expected version, image and channel.
• Promotion 34026658274 passed; both versioned image repositories resolve to sha256:914cfcb82e0e42d03fb27133861f7ec19cfa88ba26fafac0e73855929982eb2c.

The included release evidence records these checks separately from the historical Core 31 acceptance. Full Umbrel VM installation, authenticated opening and upgrade testing remain unverified; the template/rendering and initializer regression checks pass.
