Release AxeBC2 0.1.12-dev BETA and fix Umbrel host JSON dependency

AxeBC2 DEV moves to BETA with a compact version badge and no general ALPHA/BETA warning banner. The 0.1.12 app image also normalizes the ALPHA value sent by older recipes to BETA. Actual payout-validation and operational errors are retained.

This update also corrects the Umbrel installation blocker: the original recipe requires /etc/5tratumos/build.json, which Umbrel does not supply. Umbrel now selects its native Compose template and refreshed container entrypoints without that host-file requirement. On 5tratumOS, platform wiring, initialization and the minimum OS check remain intact; only the application image and stage change. Core 31, CKPool, payout and blockchain configuration are unchanged.

Validation:

• 50 application tests and 33 DEV package tests pass.
• Multi-architecture candidate build 34026015018 passed provenance, SBOM and anonymous pull checks on amd64/arm64. Source: https://github.com/WillItMod/AxeBC2_Build/pull/4.
• The exact BETA image was tested on 10.10.10.235 with separate writable data and the existing synchronized Core 31 node. Browser checks show version 0.1.12-dev, BETA, Running, synchronized chain and no release warning. Legacy ALPHA environment compatibility was exercised.
• Native 5tratumOS installation selects the exact new image, stage and version. Earlier fresh/repeated initializer checks passed; the initializer is unchanged.
• Original missing-JSON bind failure was reproduced; both generated Umbrel initializers succeeded without that host bind.
• Audit of all 27 MAIN/DEV app entries found this dependency only in AxeBC2.

The historical Core 31 acceptance record remains bound to its original 0.1.11 recipe. The baseline validator permits only the explicit BETA UI image and stage changes. New image and UI evidence is separate in BETA-RELEASE-EVIDENCE.json.

Real Umbrel installation, authenticated dashboard opening and upgrade are still pending VM access. DEV can be verified and updated on 5tratumOS independently; MAIN remains a separate draft.
