Summary

Reverts #1494. Aikido coverage reporting requires a paid plan, so this restores Codecov reporting exactly as it was before the migration.

• Restores codecov.yml, the Upload Coverage to Codecov workflow (codecov-upload.yml), and the Codecov trigger-parity guard script/job.
• Restores the nightly and weekly-promotion dispatch targets and Renovate trackers.
• Restores the Codecov helper prompts, docs, and the CLAUDE.md Ignore Files line.
