Fix production email links

Changes

• Fixed password reset email links to use the production WellAI prediction URL.
• Fixed patient access request email links to use the production WellAI prediction URL.
• Updated WellAI email verification functionality.

Production URLs

• Password reset: /prediction/reset-password/{token}
• Patient access request: /prediction/accept-access-request/{token}

Testing

• Verified the production prediction application at https://wellai.app/prediction/.
• Registration and email verification tested successfully.
• Confirmed the email links no longer use the local development URL.
