Version bump + changelog for 1.3.1 — solid primary buttons follow the active skin (PR #193).
Patch, not minor: a rendering fix with no API change. Both
.btn-primaryand.btn-outline-primaryare now bound tovar(--bs-primary), so bengal/jaguar/tabby render a matching pair instead of one skin-coloured and one Bootstrap blue.
