Minor, not patch: this adds the Email SMTP settings screen + live send test, the mail provider catalog with API drivers, and the `tiger user:password` console reset. No breaking changes — a legacy plaintext mail.smtp.password keeps working. Minor rather than patch: the Email SMTP settings screen + live send test, the mail provider catalog with API drivers (SES/SendGrid/Mailgun/Postmark/Resend/Brevo/Mailjet + Google/Microsoft SMTP), and
tiger user:password.No breaking changes — a legacy plaintext
mail.smtp.passwordkeeps working untouched, which is deliberate: those installs fail silently if broken.
