feat(sdk): codegen has no --tenant flag, so it cannot read a nested directory's schemas #640

Description

@EricAndrechek

Area: sdk — gap · found via #610's follow-ups (PR body)

Expected: wavehouse codegen generates types for any tenant a server serves.

Actual: it introspects GET /v1/ops/schema (clients/ts/src/cli/codegen.ts:187) and parseArgs accepts three flags — --url, --out, --auth (:26-42). There is no way to send ?tenant=, the parameter #610 added to that route. Over a nested settings directory the route reads an absent ?tenant= as tenant 0, so codegen can only ever see a 0 folder's tables, and a directory without one gives it nothing.

Impact: the SDK's compile-time types are unreachable for every tenant of a nested deployment — the deployment WaveHouse Cloud is built on. It is documented as unsupported on the SDK reference page, so this tracks closing the gap rather than the surprise.

Scope: a --tenant flag appended to the request URL. --auth already carries the operator key the ops tree wants in nested mode, so no new credential path is needed. Worth landing with #528 (the admin token as argv) and #527 (unquoted identifiers), which touch the same file.
