This PR adds regression tests, including a very small IFCB bin and the associated features/blobs output, and a CI hook that runs it on PRs and merges to
main.This is not an exhaustive test of the kind needed to evaluate correctness at scale, but it will catch errors that would likely apply to all ROIs. It should not be taken to mean that all output generated by the code being tested will be correct.
