Update the Sonnet pins and price table to Sonnet 5.5

Moves the Sonnet pins to Sonnet 5.5 and adds its price row.

Prices

• Added Sonnet 5.5: $2 in / $10 out, $0.20 cache read, $4 one-hour cache write. Same as Sonnet 5, whose row stays.
• The wizard's opencode free-text hint now uses the new id as its example.

Testing

• Unit tests pass, except GitRepoTest, which fails on this machine because Xcode's bundled git adds its own gitconfig. Unrelated to this change.
• One live claude -p call on claude-sonnet-5-5: the cost the CLI reported ($0.0687588) matches the new price row to the cent.
