Build the API documentation with PlantSimEngine 0.15 and PlantBiophysics 0.18, keeping the root workspace and documentation project on the same compatible series without Git source overrides. Include the PlantSimEngine namespace and private example docstrings required by Documenter's strict completeness check.
The non-deploying source preflight passed on Julia 1.12.7 with PlantBiophysics candidate
12b0c1976a0177985437056c5fb01415c3e53e2eand registered PlantSimEngine 0.15.0 / PlantGeom 0.20.0. The generated HTML contains all twelve previously missing API entries exactly once. Existing documentation settings are preserved, includingdoctest=false; this verifies the documentation/API build, not tutorial execution.Keep this PR in draft until PlantBiophysics 0.18 is registered and the ordinary registry-only documentation build passes. The source preflight is separate evidence and did not publish anything.
