The existing Integration workflow deliberately develops the engine and downstream checkouts, so it cannot prove that released packages install together from General.
Add a separate manual/tag-triggered acceptance matrix for PlantGeom 0.20.0, PlantBiophysics 0.18.0, XPalm 0.7.0 and ArchimedLight 0.2.0 on Julia 1.10 and latest. Every job creates a clean environment, installs an exact registered engine version (default 0.15.0), verifies registry provenance, and runs the downstream tests without re-resolving the manifest. Save the resolved environment as an artifact. Documentation rebuild tags and prereleases are excluded.
This PR waits for those downstream releases to become registered before its first acceptance run and merge. Existing source integration and historical benchmark environments are unchanged. Static review is complete; the new matrix has not run yet.
