Retail: a Manager button on the order screen - #433

Conversation
In retail, the order screen had only Log Out where restaurants have Tables, and logging back in starts on the menu, so a manager had no way to the Manager menu (or to switch the store back to restaurant). A manager now gets Manager where restaurants have Send (retail has no Send); a cashier doesn't see it. Stores that edited their order page get the button too: a new starter button may share a spot with one shown only for another way of serving. Fixes #432.
Problem
In retail, the order screen has only Log Out where restaurants have Tables, and logging back in starts on the menu. A manager had no way to reach the Manager menu, so they couldn't switch the store back to restaurant.
Change
seed/pages/order-template.json, phone variant): newflow-managerbutton in Send's spot, since retail has no Send. It opens the manager page, withshowWhen: {service: retail, login: manager}, so cashiers don't see it.layout/layout.cpp):order-template#flow-managerjoinsnewStarterButtons(), so stores from before button tracking get it too.placeNewButtonno longer counts a button shown only for another way of serving as in the way. Without this, a store that edited its order page would get "no room", because the hidden Send occupies the spot.modern/README.md.Tests
test_truck.cpp: in retail, a cashier doesn't see Manager; a manager sees it and it opens the manager page. Restaurant and truck screens don't show it.test_layout.cpp: a store that edited its order page getsflow-managerat Send's spot and keeps its own edit.[starter],[truck]and[layout]pass: 48 test cases. The full suite was still running when this PR was opened.Generated by Claude Code
