…hooks The cohort_check_mimic.py and cohort_check_eicu.py scripts are verbatim snapshots of the VM run that define the published cohort groups. The mypy pyproject.toml exclude pattern is bypassed when pre-commit passes files explicitly; the typos hook was missing the exclude entirely.
